HISTORY
Since 1989 Hiroshi Kimura's Yakiniku Hiroshi has been celebrated for serving some of the finest beef in the Islands. His expertise of beef has persevered since his tenure as a chef with Benihana in Newport Beach, California. Hiroshi passed on his knowledge from "teppanyaki" style of cooking to "Yakiniku" style of dining.
What is Yakiniku? It's a fun interactive form of dining which incorporates a charcoal burning brazier into a vented table for smokeless enjoyment. Meats and seafood are barbequed by you, at your own personal yakiniku table which equates to "hot off the grill" food done to your liking.
