Hiroshi only uses fresh beef which is flown in weekly for your gratification. You wouldn't want to eat frozen sashimi so why settle for frozen beef? You will really be amazed by the difference once you try it, I recommend the Rib-Eye Steaks!

Quality of beef is unsurpassed, only the top 1% of all USDA graded beef is accepted by Hiroshi. As a matter of fact, some of our beef is in the top 0.007% of all beef produced in the United States.

Don’t be misled by other establishments using "Kobe Beef," currently the US does not allow beef to be imported from Japan. We use American Kobe Style beef which is raised in Idaho by Snake River Farms. We feel that Snake River Farms produces the most consistent and high quality Wagyu Beef in the United States. Their Gold and Platinum grades are what we proudly serve.
